Despite the setbacks brought on by COVID-19, MYPOL continues to work closely with MPF – even if we can’t always be close geographically.

In September, leaders from the MPF and MYPOL met for a joint in-person and online working group to discuss upcoming activities and the project’s ongoing success. Though MYPOL’s in-person trainings are currently postponed due to the increase in COVID cases throughout Myanmar, the meeting was an opportunity to showcase how effective virtual activities can be. In the future, MYPOL may move more of its activities online.

Whatever the case, MYPOL staff may not be working with our partners in person, we will continue to work behind the scenes to prepare for future activities, develop sustainable knowledge products, and providing technical support.
